The McMullen Group partners with you to create customized training and development solutions to ensure that your organization achieves the desired goals.  We assess your company’s culture and strategies with preliminary and follow-up discussions prior to and after the learning initiative. There are no “cookie-cutter” answers – everything we deliver is specific to your needs.


The McMullen Group is headed by Karen McMullen, a former senior vice president and regional director of the Center for Financial Training (CFT), and President & CEO of the American Institute of Banking of NJ (AIB.)  With more than forty years experience, she has managed and developed a multitude of programs in a wide variety of subject areas. For eight years Karen managed a five-day commercial lending school in New Jersey, attracting registrants from all over the country.


At The McMullen Group each Partner has a specific area of specialization.  Depending upon your need  we will contact one of the McM Partners and schedule both an initial telephone call and in-person meeting.  Follow-up meetings may be necessary in order to map out the best training and/or consulting solution.  Once all parties agree, a Proposal is sent for your approval and the deliverables are identified and scheduled.  Billing for services is completed at the conclusion of training with a 21 day remittance.
